Hurricane Alpha pastry knife MK2

Bought one 4 years ago and love it, at the time I was a pasty chef and was amazing at portioning cakes and garnishes. Then became my the knife I used on any section with bread or dessert. Even when it became dull I used a round sharping steel to give it an edge again. Bought another one since it had been the most reliable knife I’ve owned and gave my old one away. Highly recommend the knife and after getting a chefs knife with the pastry knife I recommend the whole brand

Love this pastry knife it’s my second one my first one was three years old and snapped in half when it fell off the work bench on to the floor .
Didn’t look at any other pastry knife because this is the best pastry knife I have had in my 30 years of catering
