The largest of our knives with more of a traditional western cooks knife feel. you will instantly fall in love with the beautiful blade pattern. It has a high carbon AUS-10 core and a beautiful honeycomd resin handle. A truly stunning knife that could be a real centre piece in your collection.

Ideal for cutting protein such as meat or fish and slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables and fruit. please use on wood or high density chopping boards and avoid cutting bone and frozen produce.

To keep your high carbon knife razor sharp and in perfect condition we would always recommend whetstone sharpening on a regular basis and ensuring that your knife is hand washed and thoroughly dried after every use.
