This Stunning 8 inch  knife is deceptively light and has an absolutely stunning Sandlewood handle. Something really different for those chefs who like to stand out.

Ideal for cutting protein such as meat or fish and slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables and fruit. please use on wood or high density chopping boards and avoid cutting bone and frozen produce.

To keep your high carbon knife razor sharp and in perfect condition we would always recommend whetstone sharpening on a regular basis and ensuring that your knife is hand washed and thoroughly dried after every use.
