Was looking for a new knife to replace a Victorinox pastry knife.. overall ok blades slightly to thick. Handle colour has worn in less than two weeks, doesn’t keep that sharp in comparison. Wouldn’t buy again at that price I would go for the Victorinox cheaper and overall better
